Americans are well known for their consumption of coffee in all flavors.  Go in or drive up,  order your java and hit the road.  Drink it on the way to work and start your day with a jump!   Drink enough of it and you can be guaranteed the jitters and the edge you need to get through the day.  But wait a minute!  Aren't  we wanting to relieve the stress in our lives?

If you're looking for a way to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, "Going to Tea" is just the answer.   It's not a new fad, just not a very well known one.  There are many Tea Groups around the world, from large associations like the Red Hat Society to neighborhood get togethers.  It's mostly women that are drawn to the Teas, but men are starting to show interest as well.  If you look up Tea Shops in your area, there's bound to be one that has great Old World decor which helps transport you another time and place.  Here you can forget about the world around you while sipping your tea.

"Going to Tea" is a very relaxing way to spend time with friends and or family.  It forces you take time out to talk and enjoy each other's company.  It's amazing the number of  topics that can be shared when you actually take time for discussion.  The Tea Shops usualy offer several different types and flavors of of tea along with selections of delicious finger sandwitches, fruit, scones and sweets.  Once you start "Going to Tea", the bug will bite you and you'll want to do it on a regular basis.
